By using the Liberty Lawn & Snow website or services, you agree to these terms.

Service Estimates

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on on-site assessment, property size, and service requirements.

Cancellation Policy

Recurring services may be cancelled with 14 days written notice. Per-event services may be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled service.

Liability

While we take every precaution, Liberty Lawn & Snow is not liable for damage to underground utilities, irrigation lines, or pet fencing not properly marked by the homeowner before service.

Weather Delays

Lawn services may be delayed by weather. Snow removal will be performed within the contracted trigger depth and timeframe per your contract.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
