I’ve used Liberty for a while now and we had to put service on hold while we worked through some yard drainage issues. We restarted service and Chad stopped in to check on the back yard struggles and ask about any problems, etc. Chad is the best!

Liberty Lawn and Snow is amazing! Today is the worst blizzard of the season here in Rockford with 2 feet of snow drifted and at the end of my driveway. Chad is ever so kind and removed the snow within minutes and did a great job! They are on my schedule for weed control this summer for sure.
Chad took a couple extra minutes to help out 2 young boys who were out shoveling the driveway. 3 swipes of his big tractor made my boys day ... and mine! It might seem like a small gesture but I believe kids learn by what they see & my boys got to see a stranger helping out another stranger. From their Mom, "thank you - you are a hero (& super cool 😎) in their eyes!!!

We made a last minute request to have Liberty Lawn treat the church lawn for Mosquitos prior to our fall festival. They were able to get us on the schedule, plus they did a fabulous job.

They’ve taken great care of my yard! I really appreciate Chad who gives great detail to his job. He does great following the property lines which in my case isn’t easy. He even spots a few weeds in my landscape rocks and makes sure he sprays them with the weed killer. He does this on his own as I have never asked for it, (great sense of detail) thank you! My yard looks great, I’m very happy with Liberty Lawn!

The team and Liberty Lawn and Snow are top notch! I have been using them for the past few years for lawn care and other small jobs. I have had some complex issues and they took the time to explain what needed to be done as well as the price which was much lower than another service I had checked with. I don't check anymore, I just call LLS!

Lawn care, irrigation, snow removal and special projects are all done extremely well by this group. Even if there are difficult issues, they don't give up until resolved or things are at their best possible final state. Excellent collaboration.

We had a very serious problem with Box Elder bugs and regardless to what we did it bid not help. We called liberty lawn and they took care of the problem in 1 day. We have a drive way that's about 200 feet long and Liberty removes the snow from it with great care and speed. I highly recommend Liberty lawn and Snow. They get the job done at a very good price!!!

After our last round of storms, I tried to clear our driveway and failed miserably. I couldn't even get my car out of the driveway. They made a post on FB offering up their services, so I gladly took them up on their offer. They came out that night and did a beautiful job. I highly recommend this company!
Edit: I have changed my review from 1 to 5 stars. The owner himself reached out and apologized for everything. It’s not very common a business owner will take the time to do that. He did a great job aerating our yard, will definitely use the company again. Old review: I emailed them as I had clicked on an email from them and accidentally added ourselves to the list for lawn aeration and over-seeding. I emailed saying we were definitely interested but would like more info. They did respond saying we would be removed from the list and they would send more info. Never got the info. A week later I asked for it again, again no response. A few days later I get a confirmation email for the service we were supposed to be removed from. I asked again for the info and no response. A few weeks later I get an email stating a day they were coming to aerate and over seed. I responded to that email that I will not be paying for the service if they come as they can’t respond and give us more info. They never showed up so it’s clear they are getting the emails but not professional enough to respond to questions.

Liberty is great! We send all of our out of area requests to them. It is great to have a professional company we feel good about recommending to others. They also do great snow work and they don’t use plow trucks on residential driveways that end up tearing sod up and other damage. They use farm tractors with blowers on them and in return leaves no big snow piles. If you are are looking for a service they provide this is the right choice! Great job on snow removal this season. The team does an amazing job communicating to let us know when to expect the driveway to be cleared or if the snow totals did not meet the minimum trigger to dispatch the drivers.
Tom & his crew have performed both lawn service and snow plowing at my home. They are professional & very easy to work with. Tom is very community oriented and donates his specialized services to people in need. Overall a great company to work with!!!
